After decades of winemaking Sam Trimboli launched his own consulting and winemaking business under the Trimboli Family Wines brand. His latest 'Sangio' is a cracker.
Deep red colour. Savoury and spicy black fruit aromas. Dense and powerful, with a massive core of herbs, black olive, anise and black cherry, deep tannin texture, fresh balancing acidity, and plenty of toasty oak. A lovely food wine.
