After three decades of winemaking and viticultural experience, Sam Trimboli has launched his own consulting and winemaking business, Trimboli Family Wines.
Dark crimson purple. Plum, spicy mulberry, black olive and liquorice. Plush and full-flavoured, with a ripe core of purple fruit, cocoa, espresso and sweet spices, silken tannins, and oak in balance with the fruit. Slippery and approachable.
