Hand plunged in open fermenters, then pressed and transferred to French oak to mature for 18 months.
Medium density red in colour. Quite intense aromas of lifted floral perfume over dark cherry and liquorice. Dark, dense and brooding, it features a dark core of fruit, intense liquorice characters and mocha complexity. Full-bodied yet elegant.
