Named in honour of the Turkey Flat cellar door that was originally a butchers shop. A blend of 56% Grenache, 38% Shiraz and 6% Mataro. Classic Barossa.
Youthful dark red. Bright aromas of dark berries, crushed leaf and peppery spice. Sweet, deep and luscious, with a powerful blue fruit core and savoury spice notes, in a lovely youthful frame, with spicy acidity and balanced savoury oak.
