This absolutely classic Semillon was crafted from hand-picked and lightly crushed fruit that underwent a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After a short period on lees, the wine was racked and left to mature in steel vats for a further five months.
Having accumulated five Trophies and 25 Gold medals, this Semillon glows green with an appropriate hint of gold in the glass. Gorgeous lemon butter, lanolin and toast with a lifted freshness allure on the nose. The palate displays juicy lemon, straw, talc, secondary honey and buttered toast flavours. It’s alive with perfect acidity and mouth-watering length, which will only develop further over the coming years.
