In the winery: Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks before it quietly spends a few years ‘resting’ in bottles.
In the glass: Youthful lemon with a hint of green.
On the nose: Lifted florals with touches of honey, preserved lemon, herbaceous notes, Sunlight Soap, straw and toast.
On the palate: Youthful with lime-like intensity, a deep core of ripe lemon and bottle aged complexity of honey and buttered toast. The texture is quinine-like and the acidity still fresh.
