Australia's pioneering Chardonnay and is still one of the best in NSW every year. Its power and refinement are what sets it apart from the others. Worth every cent.
Mid lemon green. Subtle nose of white peach, grapefruit, flint and vanilla bean. Intricate and multi-faceted palate with a silken mouthfeel, supple acidity and smokey oak. For a wine with such complexity it's surprisingly restrained at the moment.
