Ulithorne may have been named after the first Irish Catholic priest in Australia, but no altar wine is produced, just classically rich and flavoursome regional wines.
Mid garnet red. Subtle leafy red berry fruit with clove, kitchen spice and floral perfume. Plush and generous with loads of juicy plum and textural tannins, warmth and weight giving length and persistence, and a long, generous finish.
