Established in 2010 after growing grapes for others for 20 years, Whistle Post have produced an excellent example of the aged Coonawarra Cabernet style.
Inky dark red - very youthful. Rich dark berry fruit and fresh toasty oak. Amazingly fresh and primary, yet layered, savoury and complex, showing sweet curranty fruit. toasty vanillin oak, hints of cola and leather, firm tannins and bright acidity.
