William Downie is a Pinot specialist, and this one is crafted with fruit from Victoria's Mornington, Alpine Valleys, Mt Gambier, Henty and Upper Goulburn regions.
Light to mid-garnet. Lifted red cherry, mushroom, forest spice and wood smoke. Juicy and primary maraschino cherry and undergrowth, slippery texture, round tannins, and a long, supple finish. Very ethereal and light on its feet.
