William Downie is one of the cult Pinot Noir producers in Australia. The fruit for this wine is sourced from Victoria's Gippsland, creating a very complex and latent style.
Medium ruby crimson. Charry oak, rhubarb and dark cherries. Mulled strawberry and mulberry core depth, with notes of five spice and clove, in a medium-weight style, with elegant tannin structure, lovely oak, balanced acidity and excellent length.
