Andrew Thomas has released another mouth-watering drop with his Synergy Semillon 2022, which is packed with flavour yet shows beautiful purity throughout. It’s youthful, light and fresh with lemon and lime splice, star fruit and green apple, hints of quinine and sea spray, fresh acidity and a long, juicy finish.
Annasdale Semillon 2020 was crafted by winemaker Neil McGuigan, who has already been recognised as the ‘world’s best white winemaker’ at the IWC in 2009, 2012, 2013 and 2019. This example displays a riot of citrus fruits with dried grass and herb elements, tightly-wound acidity, fabulous purity and a complex, zesty finish.
