The Croser Blanc de Blancs NV was created by Brian Croser, who believed that the right region in Australia could produce Sparkling wine to rival Champagne. The region he chose was the Adelaide Hills. It’s youthful and crisp, with a core of green apple and grapefruit, fine mousse, hints of chamomile tea and wet rock, racy acidity and a moreish finish.
