In owner Peter Collett's own words 'Riesling from McLaren Vale is quite rare'. The fruit is grown on the highest part of the Estate and benefits from sea and gully breezes.
Pale straw. Concentrated aromas of citrus, green apple, jasmine and oyster shell. Ripe and intense layers of apple and lemon, with a soft mouthfeel, lively balancing acidity, talc-like minerality, and a dry, mouth-watering finish.
