A rich and flavoursome style of Semillon, very different to the leaner, lighter bodied Hunter styles, with sweet vanillin oak adding perfume and spice.
Fine straw green. Very youthful and oak-driven nose with vanilla, lime juice, sandalwood and tropical notes. Bright and positive, delivering a zesty fruit core of lime juice and lemon pith, tense acidity and excellent barrel harmony.
