Every now and then a wine crosses the tasting bench that shouldn't be as good as it is, and this 10 year old SBS is one such wine. Still so fresh and vibrant, and just delicious!
Youthful lemon with a green hue. Grapefruit, gooseberry and lemongrass aromas. Amazingly vibrant and fresh with a lovely mix of citrus and tropical fruit, silken texture thanks to years in bottle, and zesty acidity extending the finish.
