Yabby Lake Single Vineyard Pinot Noir 2013

This superb Yabby Lake Single Vineyard Pinot Noir 2013 is a blend of three clones from four separate vineyard blocks on Yabby Lake’s Mornington Peninsula property.
 
The fruit was destemmed into traditional open fermenters for a cold soaking and the fermentation was hand plunged up to three times a day. The wine was pressed after 10 days into French oak for malolactic fermentation and ageing.
 
Delicious strawberry and forest floor aromas lead to a vibrant palate offering a solid core of red berry fruit that’s fresh and velvety with soft tannins and well balanced acidity. Juicy and plush with fantastic texture through to the mouth-watering finish.
