Château Yaldara in the Barossa Valley was originally established in 1947 and was named after the local Indigenous word for ‘sparkling’. Savour their heritage and expertise in this very special 20-year-old Muscat.
Dark olive green to tawny in the glass, it presents a lifted mix of caramel, candied orange, prune, Xmas cake and toffee. The velvety smooth palate has layers of dried fruit and caramel, a viscous mouthfeel with warm, lifted spirit and a delicate bergamot-like finish.
