Yarra Burn's Vintage Sparkling's are always an amazing value and quality proposition, and winemaker Ed Carr has done it again with this excellent 2019 example.
Pale and bright. Cherry, grapefruit, apple and brioche aromas. Flavoursome and bright with a layered mix of fig, strawberry and mushroom, savoury toast and cream biscuit elements, textural mousse and a fine, lingering finish.
