A very flavoursome South Australian Chardonnay from the Zerk sisters, Janelle and Kristen, using fruit from the cool Eden Valley.
Medium lemon straw. Nectarine, melon, citrus and cedar oak on the nose. Bright and savoury, with a ripe core of citrus and stonefruit, firm acidity throughout, mealy textural elements and toasted cashew-like oak.
