As the name suggests, this delicious 2015 Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon by Zilzie Wines heralds from the famous terra rossa soil and maritime climate of Coonawarra.
 
In the glass: Very dense red black.
On the nose: Powerful blackcurrant with cassis richness and hints of spearmint and rich oak spice.
On the palate: Fully packed with dense black fruits over equally dense and deep tannins showing lovely astringent energy and freshness with a lovely layer of black olive-like tannins driving the bright, energetic finish. A great ageing wine with a long life ahead.
