Add crab meat, then toss, cooking quickly. Add ginger, spring onion, coriander stalk and sweet chilli sauce. Stir together. Add coconut milk and basil. Season with lime juice and fish sauce. Serve with sprinkle of fresh chopped chilli and shallot slices.
