To create this experience, Captain Cook Cruises has re-imagined harbour dining with its new Harbour Bar and Restaurant. Enjoy a casual catch-up with friends in the Harbour Bar as you select from a drinks list featuring Australian wine and craft beer. Or really get into the Sydney spirit with a city-themed cocktail – there’s ‘The Coathanger Collins’, ‘The Nor Easter Martini’ or the signature, the ‘Southerly Busta Iced Tea Mojito’.

Sail and Savour

In the Harbour Restaurant, a relaxed menu of tapas and bar food is available on board, or order from the app beforehand to choose from a delicious menu featuring fresh prawns and barramundi for the seafood lovers and local eye fillet for the carnivores. And vegetarians don’t miss out with mouth-watering options including char-grilled eggplant and Asian slaw. With sittings stretching to 90 or 120 minutes, you’ll have plenty of time to savour your meal as you take in the serene view through the Sydney 2000’s expansive windows.

Then, if you’re looking to while away the afternoon on board, back in the Harbour Bar, you can settle in with a local cheese grazing plate as the drinks flow and the live music plays. Or disembark at one of the regular stops at Kings Street Wharf Darling Harbour and Circular Quay.
