Lucky for some, but not for others, all of our special wine dinners are fully booked for May. Don’t despair, there are some fantastic master classes being held in June that are still up for grabs, plus we’ll be announcing more exciting events for later in the year very soon.

This afternoon of hands-on wine tastings, assessment exercises and interactive presentations promises to both inform and entertain. You’ll take your love of wine to another level as you explore the many different wine varieties in Australia, refining your wine assessment skills and tasting like an expert across a mouth-watering variety of white, red and aged wines. We’ll guide you through how to identify wine faults and have some fun with wine options games.

Back by popular demand, Wine Selectors invites you to join us on a delicious journey with some of the world’s best cheeses paired perfectly with wine at our Cheese & Wine Masterclass!

We’ve sourced 14 of the best cheeses from around the globe to taste alongside the finest Australian examples, matched to eight stunning Australian and international wines.

Your hosts, Black Pearl Epicure’s General Manager and cheese expert Peter Gross, and Selector’s Paul Diamond, will guide you through the cheesemaking process, explain the vast array of cheese styles, and reveal the art of cheese and wine appreciation. The class will see you experience a unique view of some of the world’s best cheese, including Australia’s.



You’re invited to come along as Wine Selectors travels to Geelong in June for a special dinner that explores a selection of unique wine varieties, partnered with a four course South American inspired feast.

Enjoy the likes of a vibrant and lively Arinto, an Italian-inspired blend of Sangiovese, Nero d’Avola, Lagrein and Primitivo, and an intensely flavourful Mataro alongside some of the South American inspired cuisine that head chef Jesse Hughes, formally of Vue Grand Queenscliff, is renowned for.

This exciting dining event takes place at ALMA Restaurant, one of Geelong’s culinary stars, where you’ll experience a fresh, produce-focused menu, which is the result of Hughes’ extensive classical training combined with his passion for South American flavours.
