Taste of Tasmania 28 Dec – 3 January

As Australia's largest and longest-running food festival, Taste of Tasmania is the ultimate gourmet getaway for those looking to indulge as they bring in the new year. Experience seven days of culinary creations and delicious drinks on Hobart's harbourside, complemented by live music and entertainment for the whole family. 

Wine Selectors is attending to host Boutique Winemakers of Tasmania - a cellar door experience offering a carefully curated selection of local wines available for tasting and purchase. Wine lovers can check out delicious drops from Beautiful Isle Wines, Chartley Estate, Holm Oak Vineyards, Cape Bernier, Iron Pot and Sharmans Wines. Each day, a different producer will be on hand to share their story and reveal why Tassie is producing some of the world's best wine.

Food & Wine Expo, Gold Coast, 10 – 12 January

Three days of fantastic food and wondrous wine arrives courtesy of the Gold Coast Food & Wine Expo. Over 60 vendors will be presenting their moreish goods under the sun, and you better believe Wine Selectors will be among them.

Grab a front-row seat for the main stage where celebrity chefs will be creating their favourite recipes, then join a free session to sample and learn an appreciation of wine, cheese, beer and liqueur. There’s something for everyone at the Food and Wine Expo. Book Now!

Wine Selectors 50 Best Tastings

Wine Selectors Tasting Panel meticulously assessed over 5000 Australian wines in 2019, and now's your chance to discover the best 50 and taste them ALL for yourself. Share a glass with our expert Tasting Panel and enjoy a selection of food across three unique events that sell out every year. 

First up, guests can take in the spectacular views of Sydney Harbour from The Waterman's Room at 12-Micron, while experiencing the delicious wines, savouring gourmet canapés and being tempted by a delectable grazing table.

The following week, join us for a night to remember in the private Gallery Rooms of Brisbane’s new Fantauzzo Art Series Hotel. Take in spectacular views of the iconic Story Bridge and experience the Best 50 wines of 2019 while enjoying canapés and a grazing table of locally sourced produce.

Cuisine Discovery Dinner at Little Valley, Brisbane, 12 March

Transport your palate to China for a flavour adventure with exciting wines to match at this unique Cuisine Discovery Dinner. Not only will you savour head chef Jake Pregnell’s (Rick Shores, Spice Temple) exquisite four-course neo-Chinese menu, but you’ll also learn the regional Chinese traditions and inspirations behind each dish; from Guangdong to Shandong, Hunan to Yunnan and in between.

Cuisine Discovery Dinner at CHUUKA, Sydney, 19 March

Discover exceptional Chinese cuisine delivered with Japanese precision at the Star Sydney’s new signature restaurant CHUUKA. Join Selectors’ Paul Diamond for a four-course banquet created by renowned chefs Chef Chase Kojima (The Star’s Sokyo and Kiyomi) and Chef Victor Liong (Melbourne’s Lee Ho Fook) who turn tradition on its head.
