King Valley is well-known for producing some of the country’s best Pinot Grigio, and this well-made example from the regional experts at Nugan Estate shows why. “This nails the dry, fresh, easy-to-drink Grigio style,” says Adam. “But it’s the silken mouthfeel that really raises the stakes.” And it’s vegan-friendly, too.
