Since 2018, Drinks Adventures has been the go-to podcast for adventurous drinkers of beer, wine, spirits, cider... and everything in between. Today's drinkers are consuming less alcohol overall, and are instead spending more on higher quality products that deliver on flavour and are underpinned by authentic stories.
The people who produce and champion these fine drinks are the talent you will be hearing from on this podcast. AWRI DECANTED
AWRI Decanted is a new podcast from The Australian Wine Research Institute (www.awri.com.au), hosted by experienced reporter and broadcaster, Drew Radford. In each episode, Drew meets a scientist working for the Australian wine industry or a producer who is putting wine research into practice.
The first series of AWRI Decanted focuses on the fascinating world of wine flavour, and its first episodes bode well for a continued deep dive into this country’s extraordinary wine story – this could yet prove Australia’s biggest podcast in all things wine-related!

WINE WITH MEG AND MEL
This duo from Rob Dolan Wines, Master of Wine Meg Brodtmann and Rob Dolan’s Marketing and Communications Manager Mel Gilcrist, brings their favourite topic to life in this fun and frank podcast, which you can read more about here.
Each 20-minute episode, available on Apple and Spotify, either features a varietal, or covers a hot topic. Every episode, Mel also finds out what Meg’s been drinking in the hope she’ll inspire you to try something new. Plus, Meg is bursting with fun wine facts – for instance, did you know that in Italy, there’s a fountain flowing with free wine?!
