Trimboli Family Wines Lucia Tresecco 2023
Light, fresh and dry with a pleasing aromatic profile of compressed green apples, pears and lemons.
Creamy layers of citrus and peach, nashi and Bosc pear with a savoury, grassy edge flow through to a clean and fresh array of green apples, pears and peaches, and honeydew melon.
There is a fine, sour note to the palate which makes it great on its own, or as an aperitif.
Pairing and cellaring
Cellar for 1-3 years. Enjoy on its own or with fresh oysters.

Sam Miranda Pink Prosato NV
Fun packaging belies that this is a serious contender for Australia's best example of this emerging style. Aromas of baked cherry, rhubarb, mountain herbs, and blood orange blend with fresh pears.
Complex and cleverly layered, with dry, savoury and sweet red fruit lifted with zesty orange sherbet.
A Dolcetto/Sangiovese/Barbera trio that delivers serious sparkles with a creamy, savoury edge.
Pairing and cellaring
Cellar 1-3 years. Great with grilled sourdough and buttery mushrooms.

Mitolo Perduto Pecorino 2024
A purposely textural and rounded approach to this once forgotten Italian varietal, but we are starting to see more Australian examples and this is a stylistic standout.
Complex and thought provoking aromas with layers of citrus, citrus peel, gooseberries, pears, apricot and grass. Extended lees contact imparts a lovely rounded texture that sits nicely with its sour, savoury fruit combinations.
Pairing and cellaring
Cellar for 3-6 years. Great with roast chicken, herbs and a salad.

Sam Miranda Verduzzo 2024
This rare variety hailing from Italy's northeast has buckets of aromatic appeal with green apple skins, eucalyptus, jasmine and honeysuckle. This carries through to the palate with a nicely defined mix of apples, melons, lemon peel and pears.
Generous with a nice tension between the length and the texture, it's an all round food and entertaining favourite that may well appeal to red lovers.
Pairing and cellaring
Cellar 3-5 years. A great wine to accompany a mushroom risotto.

Stefani Estate Boccallupo Sangiovese 2020
Hailing from cuttings of the Stefani family's vineyard in Tuscany, this a real look into a classically styled Chianti Classico.
A few extra years in bottle has benefited this wine greatly with the aromatics showing an appealing mixture of fresh and secondary fruits and herbs; baked black cherry, raspberry and strawberries with hints of amaro and chinotto.
The palate is medium bodied, elegant and finely textured, awash with black cherries, raspberries and strawberries, with a soft, silky and savoury finish - a great wine to share with those you care about.
Pairing and cellaring
Cellar from now to 2031. Enjoy with a well made steak sanga.
