Thanks to drought-breaking rains in the Bendigo region, the 2010 vintage was able to produce fruit of excellent quality, which resulted in fine wines like this Cabernet Merlot.
It opens with varietal and regional aromas of lifted herbs, mint, eucalypt and green pepper. Its ripe, savoury palate has plummy, earthy fruit showing good depth and complexity with robust tannins and fresh acidity.
