2019 was an excellent vintage in the Hunter, and Richard Done and his winemaking team have crafted a deliciously intense Shiraz from their low-yielding vines.
Dark red with a brick hue. Nose of mocha, plum and cedar oak. Full-flavoured and generous with blue and red fruit layers, touches of new leather and kitchen spice, softening tannin giving velvety mouthfeel, and well-judged cedar oak.
