With the cellaring done for you, this bright red black Shiraz opens with a lavishly rich nose with black cherry, black pepper and dark chocolate aromas. Super ripe, it shows black cherry and blood plum. It’s still vibrant yet soft and elegant with great texture and savoury, earthy regionality.
