Brindabella Hills Shiraz 2009

Brindabella Hills is situated north of Canberra and its vineyards that are ringed by hills make for a perfect environment to make premium wine.
 
This attractive medium red coloured Shiraz shows lifted savoury spice and charry oak on the nose. The palate is nicely balanced with good structure and a solid core of red fruit with meaty, leathery notes adding complexity. It has an elegant yet powerful finish with gorgeous silky tannins and long smoky persistence.
