2019 was the inaugural vintage for Byrne Farm in cool climate Orange. Jeff Byrne is the former head winemaker at Audrey Wilkinson in the Hunter. A superb first release.
Attractive garnet colour. Forest floor, pot pourri, game and mushroom. Clean, delicate and very elegant, bursting with bright red fruit, velvety texture, soft oak, juicy acidity and a dry finish. Gently handled with lovely fruit expression.
