Campbells Bobbie Burns Shiraz 2011

Campbell’s has been producing the Bobbie Burns Shiraz for over 40 years and with its depth of fruit and proven ageing ability it has been hailed as a benchmark Rutherglen Shiraz.
 
Made by the legendary Colin Campbell, this stunning Shiraz is medium red brick in colour with rich cherry berry earth and spice on the nose. The palate is medium weight with a spicy core of savoury red fruit and velvety mouthfeel. Quite soft and plush with cedary oak in support and a dry peppery finish, it’s the perfect match to rich dishes like slow cooked beef cheeks.
