Cape Jaffa Block 7 Shiraz 2014

Winemakers Anna and Derek Hooper are dedicated to producing premium wines using biodynamic methods. Their efforts certainly shine through in this 2014 Block 7 Shiraz crafted using fruit from their Mount Benson vineyard.
 
In the glass: Vibrant dark red purple.
On the nose: Fresh dark berry, plum and bramble with a touch of mint and spice.
On the palate: Ripe, plush and juicy with inky dark fruit concentration and intensity, subtle toasty oak and clean acid line and length. Subtle spicy notes and fine tannin depth feature throughout.
