Darryl Catlin honed his winemaking craft over more than a decade at Shaw and Smith, gaining an intricate knowledge of the local vineyards from where he now sources his own fruit.
Bright mid red. Campari spice, cherry, clove and black tea on the nose. Medium weight yet with an intense core of spicy red fruit, savoury tannin foundation, attractive notes of kitchen spice and black pepper and well-judged smokey oak in support.
