Chain of Ponds have crafted a subtly-spiced and fruit-driven Pinot with lovely balance and texture. Definitely a lighter style and very food-friendly.
Pale to mid ruby. Cranberry, cherry, five spice and amaro. Quite ethereal and light-bodied, yet shows excellent depth of red fruit and kitchen spice, underpinned by sappy tannins and balanced by tightly-wound acidity and toasty oak.
