Certainly worthy of 2 x Gold Medals. Good dark red colour. Plum and blackberry fruit lift. Medium weight with good depth of dark berry fruit, toasty oak and a layer of spice complexity throughout. A few years in bottle has softened the tannins making for an easy-drinking red.
