Coriole Redstone Shiraz 2011

Coriole Vineyards is situated in the undulating hills of the densely planted McLaren Vale region just within sight of the sea. The Redstone range is produced from their own estate vineyards and other selected sites within the region.
 
Made by Simon White, the Redstone by Coriole Shiraz 2011 takes its name from the distinctively coloured ironstone common in the vineyards and buildings at Coriole. Full red in the glass it has aromas of red and black fruit along with cedary oak. The palate is rich, juicy and seamless with a soft texture, dark fruit core and cedary oak. This elegant wine has good length, with a peppery spice and plush tannin finish.
