A leader in alternative varieties, David Hook has had great success with Nebbiolo, Sangiovese and Barbera as single varieties and here he combines the three.
 
In the glass: Bright, fresh medium red black.
On the nose: Red and black fruits with a savoury, olive, sarsaparilla and cola complexity.
On the palate: Lovely middle weight structure with gentle red cherry, blackberry, fine strawberry fruit and savoury tannin depth.
