Fruit is sourced from three De Bortoli estates in the Yarra Valley, as well as fruit from several other vineyards in Coldstream, Paul's Creek, Tarrawarra and Beenak.
Pale to mid ruby. Amaro bitters, cherry, cranberry and redcurrant aromas. Light to medium-bodied with a tart mix of red berry fruit, earth and undergrowth, energetic acidity, savoury tannin foundation and quality background oak. Very tightly-wound.
