Doc Adams GSM 2013

This passionate McLaren Vale winery has brought together Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro to create a Gold medal-winning blend reminiscent of the reds of the Rhône Valley in France.
 
In the glass: Deep red purple.
On the nose: Fresh raspberry and dark fruits over vanillin oak.
On the palate: Ripe and full-flavoured with red and black fruits, supple tannins and quality oak with the Mataro providing grunt and persistence. A great example of the GSM style.
