Cabernet is rare in the Hunter, but Drayton's have crafted an excellent example from the stellar 2018 vintage.
Medium density ruby. Mulberry, plum, new leather, cassis and pot pourri. Medium to full-bodied with a dark core of fruit, white pepper tannins, touches of black olive and liquorice, juicy acidity and a savoury finish.
