Eden Road Gundagai Shiraz 2012

In the winery: After primary fermentation, this wine was racked to seasoned French oak barriques for malolactic fermentation and a relatively short maturation period, then bottled
to lock in the fine, spicy aromatics.
In the glass: Deep red.
On the nose: White pepper lift over blackberry, red plum and five spice.
On the palate: Medium weight, savoury and elegant with fine acidity and tannins and well-judged oak underpinning the spicy core of fruit.
