While the First Creek winery is located in the Hunter Valley, winemaker Liz Silkman sourced fruit from the Hilltops region to craft this lovely cool climate Shiraz.
Deep red purple in the glass. Blackberry, mulberry and plum with five spice and pepper on the nose. Power and precision, concentrated black fruits, lovely peppery cool climate spice and almost perfect balance of acid and tannins. Quite delicious!
