This full-flavoured Cabernet Merlot from Flying Fish Cove is the perfect catch for those who enjoy well-balanced Margaret River reds.
 
In the glass: Deep red.
On the nose: Cassis and mulberry with touches of bay leaf and graphite.
On the palate: Tightly wound with blackcurrant fruit throughout, a fine web of tannins, touches of bay and mint and refreshing acidity. A grunty and full-flavoured wine with the structure to continue to develop.
