The fruit for this fragrant Flying Fish 2013 Shiraz was picked from the Wildberry Estate vineyard in the Wilyabrup sub-region of Margaret River.
Crafted by winemaker Damon Eastaugh, this Shiraz opens with a fragrant lift of violets, menthol, black fruits and pepper aromas, while the palate features bright and ripe layers of blackberry and mulberry fruit interwoven with peppery spice, well integrated tannins and sweet spiced oak notes.
