Torzi Matthews Vintners is an environmentally conscious winery, using a diet of composts, native grasses and flora as ground cover, low water inputs and natural sprays for diseases.
In the glass: Deep purple.
On the nose: Expressive black pepper spice and dark berry.
On the palate: Medium bodied yet
deeply fruited with mouth-watering acidity, plum, blueberry, sour cherry and black pepper. A savoury wine with ripe tannins and fresh acidity.
