Fruit for Corryton Park is sourced mainly from the Corryton Park vineyard in the high country of the Southern Eden Valley, the remainder is from the Barossa Valley floor.
Deep, dark red. Plum, cedar, bay leaf, chocolate and toasty oak. Medium to full-bodied with deep yet entry of red and blue fruit, earthy notes alongside white pepper and dried herbs, surprisingly elegant tannins and balanced oak. Very varietal.
