Grove Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2014

Grove Estate combines the know-how of viticulturist Brian Mullany with winemakers Richard Parker and Tim Kirk - a trio of talent that knows how to impress and the proof is in the tasting of this Hilltops Cabernet.
 
A youthful deep purple colour, it has a nose showcasing black and red fruits, cedary oak and crushed mint leaf. The wine shows a generosity of black and red fruit characters while remaining elegant and structured thanks to its racy cool climate acidity and backbone of fine tannins.
